Unmudl Originals

We provide functional and technical assistance in the rapid design and implementation of Unmudl Originals–custom courses that can be deployed throughout the Unmudl talent-sourcing network. 
For each engagement, we establish and facilitate a team-based approach consisting of employer SMEs, Unmudl instructional designers, and college SMEs. Our focus is to ensure responsiveness to the employer, to build training to employer specifications, and to engage the Unmudl community college network in design and implementation of the training.

Community College Originals

We provide insight and analysis into how employers can take advantage of Community College Originals–courses built by a single community college to meet a specific employer training need.
For each engagement, we develop a deep understanding of the employer's needs, the most critical content and experiences to be included in the course, expectations of the final course product, and criteria for success. We then work with the employer and our college partners to identify the right courses for that employer.
At the same time, we work with our college partners to market courses they have developed locally to a national network of employers.

Industry-Specific Portals

Unmudl offers an unprecedented opportunity to build industry-specific portals that serve as a tool for engaging learners and the employers seeking to hire talent.
For each engagement, we develop a deep understanding of the industry need, including training requirements and career paths for working learners. We then create a landing page (or mini-marketplace), typically housed on the industry partner’s website, that captures the courses and pathways associated with the identified industry needs.

Unmudl Disruptor Lab

Unmudl is built to promote innovation and positive disruption in the education and talent development space. Unmudl Disruptor Lab offers a collaborative environment where colleges can freely challenge traditional norms to build the working learner system of the future.
